Terms
The ground rules.
Draft for review. Placeholders in [square brackets] must be completed and the text reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.
Using LedgerAI
- You must be able to enter a binding agreement for the business you register.
- You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your sign-in and invitations secure.
- Don't use the service to break the law or to attack or overload it.
What LedgerAI is, and isn't
- It helps you keep your books. Suggestions from the AI are drafts that you check and approve.
- It is not an accountant, and it does not give tax or legal advice. Tax figures are estimates to help you prepare; confirm them with a qualified professional.
- Online payments are not part of the service; invoices are records and requests, not payment processing.
